Currently the senior partner of APJ Law, Peter Pardy was admitted as a solicitor in 1977 having obtained his undergraduate degrees at the University of New South Wales.

Employed as a Solicitor with Abbott & Co in Glen Innes in 1977 Peter soon made partner in 1979 and has been at the helm along side Mac Jenkins ever since.

Peter and Mac have presided over the growth of this practice to mature professional practices originating in Glen Innes, Armidale, Guyra and Inverell.

Peter’s professional activities centre on a commercial and taxation practice, with particular emphasis on rural and commercial industries in the New England and Aged Care Services generally in New South Wales and South-east Queensland.

Peter has made substantial contributions to the community most significantly in education in the New England region including the establishment of a pre-school at Glen Innes, development of the Glen Innes College of Technical and Further Education, and acted as the Presiding Member for The University of New England (UNE) from 1993-1994 before becoming Deputy Chancellor UNE from 1995-1997.
