Powers of Attorney

Appointing someone to be your Attorney gives that person the authority to act on your behalf in financial matters. Perhaps you are going overseas and unable to attend to the management of your financial matters. You may wish to ensure that, if as a result of an accident or ill health which prevents you from being able to make decisions and sign documents, there is someone you can trust to carry out your wishes and manage your financial affairs.

At APJ Law our Wills & Estates Planning Team can advise you on the formalities required and assist you in entering into a Power of Attorney.
